How To Make A Quick And Easy Chicken Parmigiana

By

This chicken parmigiana recipe is the quickest and tastiest one I have found. This recipe takes approximately 15 minutes of prep time and about 20-30 minutes to cook. Very tasty and simple to make. Every time I make this meal I get compliments. It is embarrassingly easy.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 egg

1/2 cup of flour

1 cup plain breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

A few of your favourite spices

A can of Spaghetti sauce

noodles of your choice

shredded mozzarella cheese

serves 4 people

Preparation

  1. Take spices, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and combine in a bowl.

  2. Take another bowl and add your flour.

  3. Beat an egg in another bowl. You should now have three bowls in front of you.

  4. Put a chicken breast in your flour bowl and turn a few times until chicken breast looks completely dry and covered in flour. This is the trick to make the crumbs stick really well.

  5. Now take breast and put in to egg bowl. Make sure breast is covered in egg.

  6. Take the breast and drop in to the bread crumbs. They should stick to it quite nice at this point.

  7. Repeat for all the chicken breasts.

  8. Put the chicken in an oven safe dish and set oven to about 375. Cook for approximately 20 minutes.

  9. When cooked take out of the oven and spread a little tomato sauce on top of the chicken. Now take a little of the mozzarella cheese and cover top of sauce.

  10. Cook for another 3 minutes until cheese is completely melted on top.

Serving

I like to serve this dish on a bed of noodles. This meal goes great with a piece of garlic bread and a nice glass of wine. Enjoy!!!!

I promise you that this meal will impress everyone you cook it for. It is so simple you have to try it once. Very tasty and easy to modify. You can switch chicken for veal.

This recipe is inaccurate on cook time, it takes more like 40 minutes and then the bread crumbs burn on the bottom of the pan. Definitely not a good recipe!

20 minutes is definitely not enough time to cook the chicken.
